About Us: Development Approach

Our development approach is simple. We start by listening to you to define your business objectives and needs before we develop any technical requirements.

We will develop a proposal for you only after we have a complete understanding of your business objectives and needs. This is broken into four distinct phases:

1. Initial planning
   Where we focus on the architecture, navigation and usability of the site by creating a site flowchart.
2. Creative concepting
   Where we design the initial creative concepts that integrate and highlight your branding in the best way possible.
3. Production
   Where we program the site.
4. Project completion
   Where we finish and test the site, but also implement an effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) plan to keep your users coming back again and again.
